Description
Black garlic is garlic that’s been aged by cooking it low and slow – for weeks. This triggers a Maillard reaction which turns spicy, fresh garlic into a rich, sweet treat. It’s been characterized as having hints of balsamic or umami- some say it tastes like molasses – and others have described it as sweet & salty like soy sauce, but we’d love to know how you describe it!

Product Details
All of our black garlic is made from gourmet garlic grown right here on the farm. Though not certified organic, we don’t use any chemicals or pesticides in the garden. Only our best, tastiest varieties are selected to be turned into black garlic.
There’s a very limited supply available. Once the next batch is ready, they’ll be prepackaged into 7 oz bundles – which includes 4 -5 heads.
