Who doesn’t want to enjoy wings, at home, during a football game? Or maybe try a different weeknight dinner? You can feel like your out on the town, in the comfort of home, while you grub on these scrumptious wings.
Unlike a big restaurant, we don’t have time to mess with deep fryers so here’s your alternative. Baked chicken wings are a much healthier option! I swear you won’t miss the oil. They’re still crunchy as can be – thanks to one secret ingredient…

Baking Powder!
I know, right?!? So weird!
I never would’ve guessed that baking powder was the magic in the mix. It crisps up regular old chicken wings without all the fat. It’s a guilt-free indulgence.
Now, it’s safe to say that everyone has their own personal wing preferences. Some folks like them sauced, some dry, others heavily seasoned, and some plain…
In our house, we usually go plain with a couple dipping sauces, so it’s important to us that the wings have good flavor on their own. We jazzed up the dredge so you get all zest!
For dipping, my favorite sauce is Jerry’s sweet & spicy wing sauce:
In a small saucepan, combine and warm…
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 2 tbsp honey
Seriously, I won’t dip my wings in anything else – it’s that good!

So what do you think? Ready to feel like you’re at the bar & destroy a bowl of chicken wings? These are perfect for football season, weeknight dinner, or basically anytime you’re craving bar food.
