Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°
Line your cookie sheet with either a silicone mat or foil sprayed with cooking oil, like PAM.
Combine dredge ingredients and mix well
Toss your chicken wings in the dredge, coating evenly
Lay them out on the baking sheets. They can be almost touching.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Flip the wings over using tongs.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve plain, coated, or with a side of your favorite sauce.
